You should be getting weekly Member emails on Sundays. You may also get emails throughout the week on programs, events and other member happenings.

If you’re not receiving your emails, please follow the instructions below! You do not want to miss out!

Email often goes to spam, promotions tabs or trash. Try searching your inbox for any of the following keywords: “Kathy Kawalec” “Kathy@DancingHearts”   “kathy@dancingheartsdogacademy.com” or “help@dancingheartsdogacademy.com”.

Add kathy@dancingheartsdogacademy.com to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. Also known as “Safe Sender.”

  1. Open your spam folder.
  2. Open an email from Kathy@DancingHearts or   kathy@dancingheartsdogacademy.com
  3. Mark it as “not spam”.

 

IF YOU ARE A GMAIL user…you use these instructions for email that goes to your PROMOTIONS TAB.

  1. Find an email from Kathy.
  2. Drag email to your PRIMARY TAB.
  3. It will ask you if you want all emails to go to that folder. Of course you do!

 

You can also CONFIGURE YOUR INBOX.

Check or uncheck the tabs you want to see in your inbox.

Unchecking the promotions tab often helps get our emails to you.

If your emails are auto-forwarded to a service like icloud.com, Mac.com, me.com.  You will need to make sure you have added Kathy Kawalec,  Kathy@DancingHearts and  kathy@dancingheartsdogacademy.com to the original email and the forwarded email provider.

Sometimes we need to manually subscribe you to the email list if you have not opened emails in too long – just email us.

Sometimes you have a typo in the email you used to enroll, so your emails are bouncing as undeliverable. Please email us for help if you are not getting our emails!

You are also able to reach your Member Support Team by clicking the “Support” link at the bottom of any page in the member hub.  Your response from the website will be via email.

Member Support answers all received emails within 48 hours M-F 9am-6pm CST.  Weekend and Holiday responses may be slightly delayed.

If you email support and have not received a response in 48 hours, please use the “Support” link at the bottom of any page in the member hub. 

Also, make sure that “Kathy Kawalec” and   “help@dancingheartsdogacademy.com” is in your safe sender list.  

If you use an iCloud.com, Mac.com or other forwarding service from your main email address, you will need to make sure we are in the safe sender list for both the original and the forwarding service.

Updating your Credit Card is simple

  • Click My Account on the top Menu. 
  • Click on Subscriptions button, and then click on ‘Update’ next to the subscription you wish to update your payment info. A secure form will open, enter your information and submit.

Note: if you don’t have an update button, or if the update button isn’t opening the form, please contact support and we’ll email you the secure link to the form.

Cancellation: 
Please contact support at least 48 hours prior to your billing date and we will take care of your request.

REFUNDS: If you are cancelling your membership subscription within the 7 day refund window, please contact support with  your cancellation and refund request so that we can process your refund. Please do not use the self-service cancel button in your account, because that automatic function will not handle a refund, which needs to be manually handled.
