Member Conduct
Members may post their content to our Website through our Services (Member Content). Members and Visitors understand that by using our Website or Service, they may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Members are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws for their content, including copyright and trademark laws. Members will respect copyright and trademark laws.
You warrant that you will not use our Services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others in any way. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating Members whom we deem, in our sole discretion, to be infringers of others’ intellectual property rights.
As a Member, you agree not to use our Services to do any of the following:
Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any Member Content that:
- Violates any local, state, federal, or international laws
- Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party

Payments

Refund and Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services we DO NOT offer any refund for any products and services sold on our Website unless expressly stated on the product or service information page. Termination of Membership
Your membership with us is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions will terminate without our notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will stop representing yourself as a registered Member or Client. You must delete or destroy any information or content (including all copies) obtained from our Website. Certain provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, copyrights, indemnity, trademarks, limitation of liability, warranty, and jurisdictional issues will survive the termination of this Agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third-party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates free from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of our Website or Services.

Services
I hereby agree to the services provided by Our Company as set forth by my agreement below. I understand that these services and related products are not a substitute for medical or veterinary care and advice. I understand that there are no guarantees, express or implied, of changing the behavior or well-being or myself or my animal(s).
Hold Harmless
I further agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Our Company and any related entity from any and all claims, actions, and judgments arising from and related to the services and products provided. In the event any claim or suit is brought against Our Company or any related entity within the scope of this Agreement, I agree to pay for legal counsel chosen by Our Company or our agent to defend against the same.
Damage Reimbursement
In the event the actions of my animal or myself cause damage to any person or property, including the livestock, at Our Company, I agree to pay for all damages and/or replacement cost as determined by Our Company or our agent.
Media Release
I also acknowledge that the audio and/or visual portions of any class or other onsite or remote event may be recorded and/or transcribed and then distributed for sale or otherwise and/or used in promotional materials. In consideration for access to the class or other event, I hereby waive and relinquish any and all claims for remuneration and any rights to object to release of any such recordings or transcripts, including images, recordings, or transcriptions.
Video recording Guidelines
Video recording during private lessons and group events is restricted. Video recording of only your own dog’s working sessions are permitted, and may not be shared, duplicated, distributed, or posted on the internet and are for personal viewing only. Short video clips of a minute or two of you and your dog working MAY be approved for sharing in a limited and specified manner, (such as Facebook) only after the short clip is submitted and reviewed by Kathy Kawalec.
